Chemotherapy

Dear Anita,

I am very sorry to hear about your health problems. I would like to recommend a medicinal oil called Black Seed Oil, Habattal Barakat. This has been shown to counteract many of the side effects of chemotherapy and also has some anti cancer properties. It should be drunk 1-2 times a day with food. A teaspoon full is enough - it tastes pretty horrible but several studies have shown it to be effective. 

You can buy it in Islamic stores, look for a dark slightly reddish colour. I would send you some if I could but I'm in Saudi Arabia. Combine this with dua of course (ask God to help you).

Also, try to relax and not become very anxious about this. Anxiety and stress suppresses the immune system and you need this to fight the tumour. 

I hope that you are able to recover fast and fully God willing. Please use this opportunity however, to take stock of your life. This horrible disease is actually an opportunity for you, I know it is hard to believe but either you may die, and during the time remaining you can turn to God, or you will live, inshaAllah, I hope, and this will also remind you and us all of our fragility and our mortality, thus we will also turn to God.

herinnering van 14 jaar geleden
Hallo Anita,Family,Ray 14 jaar geleden heb ik een uniek optreden moge mee maken, tijdens het laatste concert van 2 unlimited, Casablanca 1996. Ik wil zeggen dat ik dankbaar ben voor alle mooie momenten, van al die jaren en van nu. Na 14 jaar hebben Anita, Ray, nog steeds een speciaal plekje in mijn hart.
