Anita TV Debut
In December 1995 Anita started a TV career by hosting one of the most popular dance programs "Welcome 2 the Pleasure Zone" broadcasted by the Dutch Television "The Music Factory" (TMF/MTV).

Dynamic dance party
W2TPZ a dynamic, extravagance and outrageous party. On the show Anita played the newest and hottest video's from the Dance & Club scenes and both DJ's and Artists and dancers  fought to be on the show.

Anita and a bus full of extravagant & excellent dancers visited the clubs and made a real party which was filmed.

Unique show items
The unique thing about the program was that it was not a studio production, but that the shooting where done at the hottest clubs in Holland. On the final TV show shots of regularly video clips  were changed by shots of the dancing crowd & Anita in the clubs.

There was also the "DJ-total freakout" part, where known and unknown DJ's totally rocked the crowd. This item made it possible to let the viewers hear the club tracks and see the audience dance on these tracks. This show items gave the club music a television platform, which made it club music more accessible  for a bigger audience. [the nowadays program of TMF "The Deejays" was based on this "Pleasure Zone" item.

Presentor-->Director-->Producer

At first Anita was solely hired to do the presenting of W2TPZ. At some point in '96 Anita had the opportunity to take things in her own hands, and Anita, independent as she is, took over the complete production of the program. Pleasure Television Company (PTC) one of her own companies was responsible for the technical as well as the editorial sites of the program. Anita wrote her own presentations, composed the play list herself and also did a little bit of directing. PTC managed & directed the program without proper sponsoring an exiting weekly dance program W2TPZ, with dancers, DJ's, Live acts and interviews, which  is very popular on Dutch TV.

Enjoying Music

This program gave Anita the opportunity to prove that she could do more than just singing alone. Anita gained al lot of Television experience while presenting Welcome 2 The Pleasure Zone. "...Nice experiences..." says Anita while she thinks back of her producing and presenting days.  "...It is very different of making & writing music. Cause  the W2TPZ was presented from the clubs and this time I wasn't in the clubs  to go on stage and perform but  in stead I was presenting in between the dancing crowd and enjoying the music from the other side..."

Radio Presentor
Anita & Friends is the name of the weekly 2-hour, personality radio show hosted by Anita Doth 1996.

In the show Anita played "pure" dance like Euro Dance, Swing beat R&B etc.
Anita brought her listeners every week the 15-20 most
popular dance hits from Europe the USA, among these also some of her favorites.

Interviews & Inside stories
For her radio show Anita also did interviews with both famous upcoming music artists and told the listeners some of her own personal stories.
